The 2019 Guidelines for Quebec Public Libraries is a planning and management tool for Quebec public libraries.

The Association des bibliothèques publiques du Québec, Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec and the Réseau BIBLIO du Québec have joined forces to successfully redesign this tool, which is intended to be an essential guide for public libraries that are always relevant and adapted to the needs of their communities.
